The location of the hotel was great, just a stone's throw away from the main train station and within walking distance of shops and tourist attractions. The room was kept spick and span and had tea and coffee making facilities, which was a bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start.

The hotel room was on the upper floor and there was no lift, so it was a bit of a hassle to carry our luggage up the stairs. The shower in the room had a glass wall, which made it feel less private.

We stayed near the central bus station and it was convenient to explore the city. We could easily walk to the shopping area and the nearby tram station. There were also many shops in the area to make our stay more comfortable.
